Green Minerals AS: Directed equity issue to Oil States Industries (UK) Ltd

Oslo, Norway – 30 June 2023 – Reference is made to the 29 August 2022 press release regarding a MoU with Oil States Industries (UK) Ltd (“OSI”). Green Minerals AS (the “Company”) has today issued the first tranche of shares to OSI at NOK 15 per share. The shares are expected to be registered with VPS shortly. Two more tranches are planned over the next few months, taking OSI`s ownership in Green Minerals AS to 4,1%.
